Distillery & Cocktail Room
Located in St. Louis Park’s unofficial “Distillery District,” Copperwing Distillery crafts artisanal spirits, including gin, vodka, fresas, bourbon, and their signature creation – vodskey®. Vodskey® is made from Copperwing’s bourbon mash, but distilled like vodka, creating a clear, strong spirit with more flavor and character than traditional vodka.
A forty-person cocktail room offers the perfect intimate setting for enjoying a craft cocktail. Watch as Copperwing’s mixologists shake, stir, build, strain, smoke, froth spray and garnish each cocktail to create the perfect flavor profile. Not sure what to try? The Spirits
Vodskey – Copperwing’s signature creation. A clear spirit with more flavor and character than vodka, retaining the fresh grain sweetness and flavors of the bourbon mash from which it is distilled. 80 proof.
Gin – Precision crafted using a select blend of flavorful botanicals, with an intense citrus character with sweet floral and subtle juniper notes. 94 proof.
Vodka – A clean and crisp neutral vodka distilled primarily from corn. Polished with activated charcoal to make it silky smooth and never chill-filtered. 80 proof.
Bourbon Whiskey – This small batch, blended straight bourbon spent over 3.5 years aging in new American white oak barrels. It utilizes a high-rye mash bill, which adds a subtle spicy character. 90 proof.
Fresas – A combination of Copperwing’s original Gin with real strawberries and a touch of sweetness. Enjoy over ice, in your favorite cocktail or with tonic. 70 proof.
Fernet Ramé – A bitter-sweet Amaro-style herbal liqueur with flavorings of spearmint, anise, orange, sage, chamomile and 11 more botanicals. 80 proof.
Cocktails to Go
Copperwing has created a line of ready-to-drink cocktails under the label Copperwing House Calls. The series includes an Old Fashioned, a Barreled Negroni and The Wilderness Downtown, a drink comprised of Copperwing’s Straight Blended Bourbon, Fernet RamĂ© and real maple syrup. Bottles can be ordered online for pickup at the distillery Mon – Fri, 10 am – 5 pm.

Tours
Copperwing offers tours of its production facility by appointment only (info@copperwingdistillery), Wednesdays through Fridays, starting at 5 pm. Tours include a detailed walkthrough of the distillation process, spirit tasting, and a take-home sipping glass.
Live Music
On select nights throughout the year, enjoy live local music. Drop in anytime – there’s never a cover charge.
Event Space
